Affiliates will have to remew their Affiliate Agreement each year with USA Football. Organizations that followed through with the requirements and have no outstanding balance will normally get this option.
Not all Affiliates will be able to be an Affiliate again the following year. Organizations that don't follow through with all coaches and athletes being members, and that have an outstanding balance, may not be given the opportunity.
