Only Admins are given access to purchase promo codes. They can do it straight from their dashboard upon logging in to https://account.usafootball.com/home. On the right side of the screen they will see the box to "Get Your Coaches Certified".
By clicking on "Purchase Certifications" they will be taken to a page to purchase promo codes.
